Due to the nature of alcohol sales, Robert Mondavi Winery can only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit or shipped in error. We strive to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition and will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, carefully examine your shipment for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect vintages before the carrier departs.
Contact Guest Services
If you discover a problem, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@robertmondaviwinery.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once the damaged product is returned to our cellar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
