Where do you ship your wines?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where law permits. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21 years or older) for all wine deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
Wines should be stored in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C). Keep bottles on their side to ensure the cork remains moist.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
If your wine arrives damaged or is found to be flawed, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Can I book a tasting tour through the website?
Absolutely. You can browse our available tasting experiences and reserve your spot directly through our 'Visit Us' page. Reservations are highly recommended.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, during periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your order or use temperature-controlled shipping methods to protect the quality of the wine.
